Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults.
All guests must be included on the reservation.
The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Each additional guest beyond 6 is subject to a $50 per person, per night fee, up to the maximum occupancy of 10.

★ Rural Roadside Location ★
Woodski Mountain Retreat sits on 3.2 acres in a rural setting just off Highway 26.
The home and outdoor areas are set back from the road and surrounded by mature trees and natural outdoor space. However, this is not a remote backcountry or deep-woods property, and some passing road traffic may occasionally be heard.
The upside is convenient year-round access to Thornbury, Meaford, Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain.
★ Natural Property ★
The property features sloped terrain, wooded areas and a creek that is often dry during the summer.
There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, but there are no maintained hiking trails throughout the property.
Children should be supervised outdoors, particularly around the hill, creek, swimming pool and hot tub.
★ Pool Season ★
The heated swimming pool is seasonal and generally available from approximately the May long weekend through Thanksgiving, depending on weather conditions.
The hot tub is available year-round.
★ Routine Outdoor Maintenance ★
As a large rural property with extensive outdoor areas and a seasonal swimming pool, occasional outdoor maintenance may take place during your stay.
This can include pool servicing, lawn care or landscaping.
The pool is professionally serviced weekly during pool season, typically on Fridays. Service providers remain outdoors and do not enter the home.
Whenever possible, we’ll provide advance notice of other scheduled maintenance, although landscaping schedules may occasionally change because of weather.
★ Fire Pit & Firewood ★
An outdoor fire pit is available for guests.
Firewood is not provided, so please bring your own or purchase firewood locally if you would like to enjoy a fire during your stay.
All fires must comply with local fire restrictions and burn bans.
★ Kids’ Craft Shed ★
A small outdoor craft shed near the pool provides another activity option for children.
This is a casual kids’ craft area rather than a finished indoor art studio, and children should be supervised while using it.

Approved non-shedding dogs are welcome with prior approval.

★ Exterior Security Cameras ★
For safety, security and property monitoring, exterior security cameras are installed around the property.
One exterior camera is positioned toward and monitors the swimming pool and hot tub area. Guests using the pool and hot tub may be within the camera’s field of view.
Additional exterior cameras monitor the property perimeter and entrance.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional charges for odour removal and cleaning.
