To comply with Town of Blue Mountains regulations:
– Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (all guests must be registered)
– Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 10 guests. Each additional guest beyond 10 is subject to a $60 per person, per night fee. Be sure your reservation reflects your full group size at the time of booking.
– Check In Form and Rental agreement required (secure link sent after booking)
– $750 refundable security deposit required before checkin
– $150 pet fee (maximum 2 dogs, must be declared)
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
– Outdoor amenities unavailable 11 PM – 7 AM
★ PARKING LIMITS ★
To comply with our Short-Term Rental licence and local bylaws, a maximum of 8 vehicles is permitted on the property. Street parking is not allowed. This limit is strictly enforced.
★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
– Our base pet fee of $150 includes up to 2 dogs allowance
– Additional pet fees apply for more than 2 dogs and must be approved in advance.
– Dogs must be house-trained, kept off furniture and beds, and guests must bring their own pet beds and towels.
– Pets are not permitted in the hot tub or sauna.
– Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in extra fees.
★ GARBAGE & RECYCLING ★
– Please limit garbage to 3 bags per stay.
– Additional bags left after checkout will incur a $15 per bag fee.
– Clear bags must be used for recycling, in accordance with local guidelines.
★ QUIET HOURS & OUTDOOR USE ★
In accordance with Town of Blue Mountains bylaws:
– Outdoor amenities may not be used between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
– This rule is strictly enforced to ensure good standing with our neighbours and the town.
★ SECURITY & NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERSIGHT ★
Guests may be greeted by local security on their first or second evening as part of routine neighbourhood compliance checks.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the chalet. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in fees for odour removal and professional cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES OR UNAPPROVED EVENTS ★
Parties and events are not permitted without prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees. We kindly ask all guests to treat the chalet with care so it remains enjoyable for future stays.
★ NOISE MONITORING ★
This home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. It does not record audio, but monitors noise levels to help ensure a peaceful environment for guests and neighbours alike.
